Your jewelry
Can I put my jewelry in water?
Your jewelry can go in clear water. Avoid salt water, cosmetics and sweat. The acidity of the skin can alter the gilding of the jewelry.
How do I find my ring size?
We have made a table with explanations to help you find your size. Do not hesitate to refer to it to choose the right size!
What is enamelling?
Enamelling is a technique used in jewelery and fine jewellery. It consists of heating glass to a very high temperature to give the pretty colors of your jewellery!
What is gold and silver plating?
Plating is a technique that consists of covering the jewel with thin layers of gold. For a jewel to be called "gold plated", it must have a layer of gold of 3 microns which guarantees the longevity of the jewels! By taking care of it, your jewelry will last for ten years.
Delivery
How soon will I receive my order?
We do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible. On average, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
During festive periods, delays may be longer.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver internationally with Colissimo and throughout France with Mondial Relay and Colissimo.
I did not receive my order
If your order was shipped a few days ago, it may just be in transit. Do not hesitate to contact us if your order has still not been shipped or received.
Returns
What is the deadline for a return?
Outside the holiday period, returns are accepted if they are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Beyond that, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense, the postmark being taken as proof. An email will be sent to you when your return is being processed, this may take up to 14 days.
How to make a return?

Your return must be sent back in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unworn to 21 rue Frémicourt, 75015 Paris.
Use packaging that protects the jewelry, we are not responsible for damage or loss during transport: in the event of damage, we cannot make a refund.
Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to choose a follow-up return in order to follow your package to our premises.
The shipping costs invoiced upon delivery are non-refundable, neither in the event of return, nor in the event of refusal of delivery. We grant a refund within 14 days of receipt of the items and you will receive an email when it has been processed.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not do exchanges. In the event of a size or color error, you can return your item, request a refund and place a new order within the limits of available stocks.
